The Winter Commission

The Winter Commission is an annual multimedia arts event. This year, it will feature visual art by more than 28 artists, as well as live music, film, and performances. Sponsors include the American Museum of Radio & Electricity, Boundary Bay Brewery, and What's Up Magazine.
